system crash after updating spybot

updated software from website now system crashes at desktop screen and goes to a blue screen w/ some sort of images imbeaded cant go anywhere canrt reboot how do i bypass the ?f12? startup and go to a restore point or something? yes im a old person w/limited knowledge

What kind of Image? Like a "Warning!" image with a BioHazard Symbol?

Can you be a little more specific about what is happening?

Can you run in 'Safe Mode'? Open booting the computer (first thing you do) is tap 'F8' rapidly until you enter the Advanced Boot Option. Use the directional arrow keys (Up and Down) until "Safe Mode" is highlighted. Then press enter.
Are you able to log in then?

If so, can you run Spybot and perform a full scan to see what it detects?
