Virtualmonde infection - need help

Having a huge problem on my laptop so having to access this forum from my pc.
I have run Spybot and it shows I have virtualmonde trojan - but I don't know what to do at this point. I cannot access the internet from the infected laptop.
I have run Spybot in safemode and turned off teatimer at this point as I saw that in other posts, but don't know what to do next. I do have hijackthis already installed on that laptop so can run it.
I look forward to, and appreciate any help and direction you can give me next.
