Is this a malware infection?

A day ago, all the games I have stopped working. UT3, TF2, etc all gave me an error about a missing DX related .DLL even though it was right in the /system32 folder. These games were working perfectly a day ago.

I just detected it with Jotti. Can someone tell me where the files and registry entries are?
