Virtuemode.dll can't delete by spybot

spybot can't delete virtuemonde.dll start up keys in regedit.. but i suspect that rqRHyyVP.dll is the one responsible for this but i can delete it.. it was located at C:\WINDOWS\System32.. hope you cuold help me for i was suffering that my explorer.exe keeps running and closing.. just like blinking.. :sad:
