My cmd.exe and system restore cannot be opened. Please help me.^^

I've tried booting from safe mode(with networking and with command prompt), but the windows cannot be booted. There's a missing file, STPD.sys, if I'm not mistaken. So I tried with Directory Services Restore Mode, and ended up in safe mode too.
I've scanned through spybot S&D, and fix the red files.
I've installed HijackThis and run it, this is the log file.

If you still need help with this please do following steps:

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
