System Settings Protection

Today I received a message from Windows titled as above, and stating that "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

I have had approx 11 of these messages since 21/08 all appear to give the same data as shown below.

Any help would be appreciated.
