Shaba, I'm sorry but I was very ill and was unable to get online. I am better and am able to continue our troubleshooting. You had asked for more detail about the blue screen. It is still doing it. When I click on "shut down" it appears to go into shutdown mode, but after it says "closing network connections" and "windows is shutting down," the text disappears and the screen just stays blue and will stay on all night like that. I have to hold the power button to manually shut my system down. I have noticed that it takes a long time for my system to start up now as well, and browsing has slowed down, too.
