virus still there after spybot search

Hi,

A scream for help from a IT challenged person.....

I installed Spybot to get rid of the following problems -

Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Tiny.h
Trojan-Spy.Win32.GreenScreen
Trojan-Spy.Html.Bankfraud.dq
Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.bq
And one about the keyboard loader in think.

However, I'm still getting the pop ups dispite Spybot telling me that there are no problems. Here is a copy of the Hijackthis log.....

G'Day and welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy. It is made especially hard by the fact many of our malware tools will not run on Vista. All I can promise is to do my best, if that works for you proceed like this. Keep in mind I am learning to do this as we go.

1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

2) Click Start > Open Computer > Press the ALT key.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK. (reverse the process when we finished for safety if you wish)

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) End Process on C:\ProgramData\ShSysMon\ and C:\ProgramData\fspebulk\
1. Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar and then clicking Task Manager.
2. Click the Processes tab to see a list of all the processes that are currently running under your user account, and a description of each process. To view all of the processes currently running on the computer, click Show processes from all users. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. Click a process, and then click End Process.

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

8) Right click Start > Explore and navigate to these files/folders and delete them if there.

C:\Windows\system32\lphceonj0ep00.exe <<< delete that file

C:\ProgramData\ShSysMon\ <<< delete that folder and contents

C:\ProgramData\fspebulk\ <<< delte that folder and contents

Notes for Windows Vista users:
On Windows Vista that "Windows Temp" is disabled, to empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator"
Prefetch has been disabled on Windows Vista. As I'm not sure the effects that emptying prefetch on Windows Vista will have for the time being it I won't enable that function.

7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

8) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.

Thanks for the feedback, not quite sure what the icon message in the startup tray is about? Remember, I have never owned or seen Vista in action. Please post the message "word for word" so I can try to research it. I may have to refer you to a good free Vista forum for answers.

Sorry, had to run hjt as administrator to get a new log. this is what the startup tray message is......

Blocked start up programs - when you click on it, these are the options you get...

Show or remove blocked start up programs
Run blocked programs (with a sub menu Malwarebytes Anti Malware)
View help
Exit

If you click on show or remove blocked start up programs it brings up a system configuration box with the following tabs - general, boot, services, start up, tools. It has the start up tab open which lists 30 different programs. I tried to do a screen print but it was to big to attach.
