I got this bad one. SpyBot tells me all is good, but I keep getting this popup trying to make me get some software.

OK, Virtumonde is not gone. Spybot finds it after reboot. I'm helpless with this one, can’t get rid of it.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy. Many of our tools will not work on Vista, so I can only promise to do my best. If this works for you start like this.
A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

Remove any old copies of combofix before you proceed.

It is important that it is saved directly to your Desktop.
Download ComboFix from Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
Post the combofix log and a new HJT log.

3) Run DISK CLEANUP: ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > SYSTEM TOOLS > DISK CLEANUP
4) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post the log from CFScript, the log from MBAM and a new HJT log.

I dragged the CFScript.txt file on to ComboFix icon. It started the ComboFix loading bar (as in your picture), when it disappeared nothing happened after that. Is it done then or is something wrong?

Hey...I don't know, if you followed the directions it will work and you will have a CFScript.txt to post for me to view. This is not real complex. If you can't run the CFScript, then navigate to those folder and delete them manually along with the contents.
Thanks for your help and patience. I really don’t have a clue, so you may see me as “slow” :) When I run CFScript.txt it doesn’t result in a report of any kind. The only txt file that seems to be altered (the date and time) is the bug.txt on C:. I deleted C:\ProgramData\sdixavol, C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Toolbar and C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Lite manually. I get a message saying I need acsess to delete C:\ProgramData\HlpWin (I’m admin so I don’t understand why I can’t delete it). And I can’t find these locations: C:\Users\All Users\sdixavol, C:\Users\All Users\HlpWin. I don’t have a folder called “All Users”. Under the folder “Users” I have these folders: Default, Public and Sjur.

These remote repairs are not easy and I have no idea why you can not follow the directions to run CFScript.
I am beginning to believe that you would be better off taking this computer to a technician before you do more harm than good.
I will give this one more try, then I am going to end this attempt at a remote repair.
It is hard for me to tell what you have done and not done the way you have typed it all together. I will post the instructions again, and you will ignore anything you have already deleted.
1) Windows Vista
Click Start > Open Computer > Press the ALT key.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK. (reverse the process when we finished for safety if you wish)
2) If you already removed the folder, ignore these instructions.
C:\ProgramData\HlpWin <<< delete that folder
C:\ProgramData\sdixavol <<< delete that folder
C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Toolbar <<< delete that folder
C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Lite <<< delte that folder
C:\Users\All Users\sdixavol <<< delete that folder
C:\Users\All Users\HlpWin <<< delete that folder
If you can not find the folder, then use the search function to find out where it is. On Windows XP that would be Start > Search
If you can not follow these directions, I suggest you ask someone with more computer experience for help, or take the computer to a local technicial.
Once the above is complete, then continue with the instructions in #2, #3 and #4.

I think I got it right. Had to start the PC in safe mode to delete the HlpWin folder (every folder you told me to delete is now deleted). (After deleting it and a restart my desktop background turned white) So I post the MBAM and a new HJT. Thanks so much for your help so far. I’m going on vacation for a week now (the PC off and offline).

Your HJT appears clean of malware, if you are no longer having malware issues, remove combofix from your computer like this:
Click START then RUN
Now type or copy Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.
