Hello.
In this case it could simply be a timed out error.

Please change the download location in the upper part of the screen by clicking on the drop down arrow next to the current download location and I choose "Safer Networking #2 (Europe)" or another mirror because the server you chose may have been overloaded at the time.

Let us know how it goes. :)

the suggestion to something with the download button doesn't work. that button is not even there on the screen. please help.
