Error running spybotsd160.exe

When I run the installation file and click 'run' I get an error message.

I tried running it as an administrator as well and it didn't work either.

Download the installation program (spybotsd160.exe) and save it someplace on your system. Then double click on it to start the installation.

If you did download the spybotsd160.exe first, did you download from one of the sites listed here?

To make sure there wasn't a transmission problem, check the MD5 hash of the downloaded spybotsd160.exe installation program as well as the size.
Is the size of the spybotsd160.exe installation program 15,083,520 Bytes?
Is the MD5 hash value equal to the following?
0E7FBF50F87B3B7C384A2471154A7558
