The system external check of spybot-S&D and regalyzer can not work!

These both regdit tools denied to work! I reinstalled and fail to run them many times in vista ultimate.:sad::sad:

I am not familiar with a "... system external check ...". Are you talking about the "System Internals" facility in the Advanced mode Tools section of Spybot?
