Bart PE wininit.ini problem

Is there any way to stop spybot from using the wininit.ini, especially in a bart pe environment? I can see no reason to perform work at next reboot when using a bart pe environment (since we are booting off a CD/DVD or USB stick - and not the infected drive/OS). Currently the ubcd4win uses spybot 1.52.
