Wrong Safer Networking

Well, even us oldtimers make mistakes. I was dowloading S&D to a new OS install and apparently clicked on a Google fake site for Safer Networking. I ran the exe file and the dreaded blue screen popped up and now I cannot even get a sucessful post and bios. It acts like it altered my bios and I have tried to reflash but it won't even let the floppy boot. This is a brand new MB, any suggestions? running vista ultra on a Foxconn 939 board.
