The battery information is shown when the system reports that; when GetSystemPowerStatusEx has the battery flag set to BATTERY_FLAG_LOW. Or when BatteryLifeTime is less than 600 (ten minutes). If and when this is set is controlled by the system.

From where do you run it? From a shortcut or the executable itself? Having it in the same folder should be fine.

Which OS does the Touch Pro have? I've tested on 6.0, but not yot on 6.1 I think, if it has 6.1, I would have to install that to check for problems next I guess.

Could you then try to run the executable directly from its location (using Explorer or Total Commander for example)?
If a shortcut has specified an execution path that is not identical to the app path, that has caused problems in the past. Should've been long solved, but well, one never knows ;)

I'm looking for 6.1 for my Hermes meanwhile, I think I've seen one recently, probably on xda-devs...

I run from the executable file itself on my Samsung Omnia i910. The library file Spybotadv.dll is in the same folder. It gives me the exact same error.

Note I am running Win Mobile 6.1.
