Problem With System Internals

Today a user has told me that he has a problem with system internals. He has done a scan but the fix selected problems button is inactive. Here is a screenshot from that user:

Btw the pic is quite big, as i haven't uploaded it I couldn't edit sorry.

Is he using Vista?
Did he tried to run as Administrator?

Ohh how couldn't I think that :sad: Well thank you very much Tom.K that is probably causing problems. I have told him to run as an adminstrator. Lets see if it will work
