Hi and Heeelp. Virtumonde

Last few day the pc totaly slowed, with IE keeps on opening various pages in new windows when used. I have tried to install spybot from the link but coldn't, maybr because of the antivirus, maybe because of the virus. I will call someone to help me with the things that need to be done because i'm not very good with the computers. For now I'm sending the log from HiJackThis - the 1-st step that needs to be done I understood. Please help!

Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7.
• Scroll down to where it says
  The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications.
  
• Click the
  Download
  button to the right.
• Select Windows on platform combobox and check the box that says:
  Accept License Agreement. Click continue.
  
• The page will refresh.
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
• Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u7-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

The PC is working much better than before we started the whole thing, but slightly worse since the last time last monday, when we did the Malwarebytes Anti Malware scan.
