I have tried to remove it using spybot (like so many others) but it keeps coming back. I really need your help and would be eternally gratefull if you could help me out.
As specified I have installed trend micro hijackthis.
Here's the log file:

I am very sorry to reply so soon to my own post and 'bump' it. I don't mean to.
The infection appears to have gone?
I don't understand it. I've done nothing special (just ran spybot and malwarebytes and removed internet exploiter) and done nothing since posting my log.

Is it possible that by removing Internet Exploiter (I use firefox anyway) and running Malwarebytes antimalware program the infection got cleared?

As far as I can tell the problem is fixed.
I am very sorry to have taken up your time.

Hi

It's possible that MBAM cleaned most of infection but there might be something still left. Post a fresh hjt log if you want me to check it :)
