Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.

All advice given is taken at your own risk.

I am sorry to hear you are having such a tough time with malware, I can relate especially since I spend a lot of volunteer time doing just that. I normally do not post to folks who have not read the directions and posted a HJT log, but I thought I would see if I can help you a little.

1) If you are going to ask for help in the Malware Removal forum, posted above and pinned (sticky)to the top of this forum are instructions that must be folllowed, like this one:
Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=16806

2) The items you posted have to do with a new feature in Spybot S&D, you can post your questions for those folks here:
http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=50
Hopefully they will resolve your issues, but if you do need to return to the Malware Removal forum, please read and follow the directions.

Thanks

Thanks for the response, I will say when you post here, you set a notification and anytime someone adds to your post you should receive that notification. Often folks will have the email filters set so high that the email from Safer Networking will go to the spam box, so be careful to check there, tell the filter that it is not spam. To be sure your notification is set, look at the top where it says "Thread Tools", drop down that menu and make sure it is set to Subscribed. That being the case, you will be offered the option to "Unsubscribe".

Hope this helps...Phil
