Hail!
I would install SpyBot 1.6 in my computer having Windows 95, but for a complete installation I should download big files specific for Windows 95 (more than 10 Mb of files!).
Using a slow telephone line (56K) I can't download those files, then I would get them separately, by another computer that uses a speed telephone line (ADSL), and then copying them into my computer.
My question is: what are those files specific for Windows 95 to download?

Those are the Wi95 requirements as mentioned in our FAQ here (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/11.html) :)
Most are probably installed already, so you might not need them all, just the installer does handle them all-in-one only.

I'd get all set up on my hard drive
I'd keep my old copy of the 1.5.2 installer around just in case
I'd remove all old versions of spybot- sometimes there is more than one
I'd run the spybot removal tool search for "small fix or track down the remove spybot thread
PepiMK has written that 1.5 -1-6 files are in different places than 1.4 and earlier so major conflicts can/ and do occur with just doing an overwrite update

AS yo know later updeates generate false positives with 1.4 and earlier and the fix is different for each old version
fixing or not fixing hoses systems- time to move on

Thank you for the answer.

To tell the truth I already knew the Internet page you have indicated and its five files linked, but when SB 1.6 asked files for over 10 Mb I didn't believe SB wanted just those five files as I was convinced they were very little.
