Virtumonde help please

Okay so last time I posted I didn't realize that I was supposed to post a HiJackThis log, but now I am posting one, I keep scanning and doing what Spybot S&D tells me to do, but Virtumonde won't be ridden from my computer, any help is greatly appreciated!
