Hijack log - please help

I just ran hijack this - not too savvy with it but it is on my desktop and renamed . I had Virtumonde show up , but supposedly Spybot now claims I am clean as does AVG - it would not let me clean the files with Trend Micro housecall - it let me scan but the clean option was grayed out and I only had a delete option with two windows system 32 files ( host /drivers) that were infected .
I did not click on fix selected problems with Hijack this although I see some obvious issues . WormRadar and something that redirects my IE when I use google.
Is it ok to just click on those as Fix Selected problems now ? I am really hesitant on making things worse.

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

Is it ok to just click on those as Fix Selected problems now ?
Unless you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing, you should read and follow the directions:
Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
