Ucs0wgDq.exe and iexplore.exe getting launched unintentionally

I asked around (other places), and no one seems to have seen Ucs0wgDq.exe before... I'm not entirely sure what it is. What happens is that this application will launch itself, under whoever is currently logged or under SYSTEM (ie. if you check the task manager, Ucs0wgDq.exe will appear either under 'Anthony', my name, or SYSTEM). This usually launches in conjunction with iexplore.exe, Internet Explorer, and will produce pop-ups like "Win a free DS Lite" or "Come to this poker site." This is really aggravating, because it seems to be causing memory problems for me; since this problem arrived, my PF Usage goes through the roof (it's at 1.17 GB right now, and has been as high as 2.25 gigs). Note that if I End Process Ucs0wgDq.exe, all instances of iexplore.exe will go away with it.

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

If you still need help please do this.

1) Read the directions, pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum and posted above.

2) System Configuration Utility (MSConfig) is running in Selective Startup mode. Return to Normal Mode for the next HJT log, no need to reboot, then you can return to SS,

3) Post the correct HJT log HiJackThis log - Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 and I would be glad to take a look and advise you.
