Additional info:
McAfee keeps finding FakeAlert, but can't move, delete, or clean some of the infected files, so when I run it, it keeps finding at least one problem file. A smart scan of Adaware turns up nothing -- can't do a deep scan as the program always freezes.

Spybot found some stuff and cleaned them up, and even though further Spytbot scans say I'm clean, I still get suspicious behavior like this:

10/4/2008 9:33:13 AM Allowed (based on lassh blacklist) value "NvCplDaemon" (new data: "RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup") added in System Startup global entry!
10/4/2008 7:30:03 PM Denied (based on user decision) value "c8b1d328" (new data: "rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpyhproe.dll",b") added in System Startup global entry!

Spybot's most recent fixes:
Virtumonde: [SBI $E7C36CB1] Executable (File, fixed)
C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temp\removalfile.bat

Zlob.Downloader.rid: [SBI $A36DC7FF] Library (File, fixed)
C:\WINDOWS\peltodgx.dll

Zlob.Downloader.vcd: [SBI $3A7819FB] Uninstall settings (Registry key, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\WebVideo

Virtumonde.dll: [SBI $F44F2757] Library (File, fixed)
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\xxywWpqP.dll

Virtumonde.dll: [SBI $F44F2757] Library (File, fixed)
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\hgGaaASm.dll

Zlob.Downloader.bs: [SBI $0D9D15D5] Library (File, fixed)
C:\WINDOWS\rwlfsdmk.dll

Also, something keeps trying to open popup windows to urls like:
hxxp://tdsdefence.info/soft.php?aid=0522152174&d=0&product=XPA&refer=8c3c8035f
hxxp://scanner.microantivirus2009.com/40/?advid=4887&ref=&p=1000000000
hxxp://www.millionairecasino.com/promotions/2007/05/350bonus/?c=60931&s=MClanding512
hxxp://www.gladiatus.us/?kid=a-03745-14445-0804-a07071cd

One URL also contained the address of another site that I had visited, so I guess it's tracking my online movements too.

My Kaspersky scan results:
utorrent.exe\xxywWpqP.dll/utorrent.exe\xxywWpqP.dll Infected: Trojan.Win32.Monderb.gjo 1
C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\UPE3M5C7\upd105320[1] Infected: Backdoor.Win32.Poison.kxe 1

Hi

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix tool:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows:

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.

Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system:

C:\ComboFix.txt
New HijackThis log.

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
