I've read all the stuff and now I need help

I recently got infected with a bunch of stuff, 80% of which i have managed to take care of...however, some of it still remains...my internet connection is going, but when I try to click on a link after searching for it from yahoo or google it will take me somewhere else in a different popup...it also will not let me use avg updates nor will it let me finish installing spybot. I need some serious help because it is getting aggravating.

While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

You said you read everything but you must have missed this, can't do much for you without it

Download Trendmicros Hijackthis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe) to your desktop.

Double click it to install
Follow the prompts and by default it will install in C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis\Highjackthis.exe
Open HJT Scan and Save a Log File, it will open in Notepad
Go to Format and make sure Wordwrap is Unchecked
Go to Edit> Select All.....Edit > Copy and Paste the new log into this thread by using the Post Reply and not start a New Thread.

DO NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
