Firefox - Some items won't immunize

Cannot find this in a search of the forum, so hope you can help.

I have 4 Firefox items which will not immunize. But I'm not sure whether they are duplicates as each item appears a total of 4 times in the list of Firefox items (Default Cookies, Default Images, Default Installations and Default Popups) so for example under Default Cookies, the 1st 3 lines show immunized but the last one doesn't.

Do I need to worry about this, is it something left over form a Firefox upgrade or something?

What is the version of your Firefox browser?
What is the version of Spybot (Help>About)?

From the screenshot, it looks like there's more than one account on the computer...

Can you Undo the Immunization and Immunize again?
How about Immunizing and Immunize again (Immunize Tab>Immunize [green cross])?
