Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013.. Please help

Hello Shaba or anyone that can help,
Just started getting the Popup:

Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Paramaters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

Does anyone know what could have started this?? It has the options to either Continue cancel or Ignore.. I think. I have to hit ignore or cancel like 20 times before it goes away.

I cannot run Spybot... It gives this message while it's running and it makes me hit Cancel for it to go to the next scaned file in Spybot...would take all night :)

Make sure you are up to date, older versions may not work as well with SP#3.

Is it possible this started with the SP#3 installation? That being the case, Microsoft will help:
