Unknown file in Winsock LSP...

Hi,
Please some one help me..My PC was attacked with spyware recently..However, I was able to remove most of them with the help of other posts from this forum. But still I feel there is some residual left.. My HJT log is attached below..There it shows some "Unknown file in Winsock LSP"..Can someone help me on this

Please post a complete log, the top is missing, and if the bottom isn't missing, then it is probably a very old version of hijackthis which you are using...

appears to be a legitimate file...

It is simply unknown to hijackthis (as it says) ...just because a file is unknown, does not make it bad.
