i have manage to clear the trojan already from my computer. everything is ok now. but my usb ports cant seem to be used. when i plug in my pendrives or my handphone. the same virus will attack my computer again. its at symlrsrv.exe or i think it is agent.hqq. the virus disables me from using task manager, deletes my run.. and turns off my drives. trojan remover can clear it somehow it will reactivate when i plug my pendrives. i used spybot to scan and it came up clean already. can you tell me what is going on? is it because the virus is still lurking around inside my system? and another thing my drives are still showing turned off. i cant do a system restore

Hi

Your pendrives are most likely infected with flash infection. You should reformat them. Let's see your hjt log.

Download and install TrendMicro HijackThis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe)
* Once installed open HijackThis by clicking Start > Programs > HijackThis and click the button labeled
Do a system scan only

* Click the scan button in the lower left hand corner of the interface and HijackThis will quickly scan your system.
* Once the scan is complete the scan button will now read save log. Click this button to save the log file to your PC. Once you select where you would like to save the file it will open in your systems default text editor. Typically this application is Notepad. Post the log here.
