teatimer.exe memory usage

when i was looking through windows task manager I was appalled to find Teatimer.exe using 312'000kB of memory. I knew since I installed it that it was a memory hog, but not to that extent. I wish I could upload a screenshot but I cannot. I am running Windows XP SP2. Any ideas?

Teatimer's usage was roughly 10 times higher than NIS 2008's resident shield (28k+ or so).

And your Spybot-S&D version (and update status) would be?

I am using Spybot 1.6 with all language and detection updates and fully immunized.
