spybot never detect

Hi,
Got some problem: last months, My PC got spyware, Keyboard maltfunction,
Mean press 4 it appear 45, press 5 , it appear56, press y it appear y]

But after installed spybot , scan... problem solved.

Last week, this problem happen again. Use spybot to scan, detect something spyware, but after fix it, Keyboard maltfunction problem never solve???:sad:

How to run spybot in "safe mode", Is it turn on PC in "safe mode" and use spybot to scan???

Hello. It looks like the two topics were either split up or merged, so I don't have the original thread, but I'll help you in the best way I can.

When you first boot the computer (by pressing the power button), there will be a "beep". During that second, tap F8 rapidly and you'll encounter the Windows Advanced Boot. Use the directional arrow keys and press until Safe Mode is highlighted.

Press 'Enter'.
Now, make sure you are disconnected from the Internet and then perform a scan with Spybot-Search&Destroy.

Make sure you have the latest definition updates before booting to Safe Mode.
