think my computer has been hijacked need help

I had a bunch of weird stuff come on my computer, and i had an old spyware program report my computer had a hijacked, and spyware keeps showing something every time i restart my computer, i will give all the information if somebody is here that can help...thanks

ok i read what you wanted me too, im new to all of this, all i know is that my computer poped up some stuff and some music started playing and there was a message that said " you are screwed" then my computer shut off. I then ran spybot s&d and nothing came up, then about an hr later i ran old aol spyware that is still on my computer and it had 2 threats.... Mirar status toolbar potential threat nuisance...the 2nd was ISTbar status Hijacker potential threat Security. I know this is not what you wanted but if you could help me find what you want, I would appreciate your help and time helping me make get rid of this problem. Or to make sure it is gone.
