Microsoft Equipt package

Does anyone have experience with this package yet? Can the components, OneCare and Microsoft Office Home and Student be installed separately?

current Antivirus softwared has just been renewed and paid for. Wanted to let that subscription expire and "get what I paid for" out of it. But do need to install the Home&Office for the excel 2007 for a class.
