Have I done enough or should more be done?

[Just Killing Time]

I was experiencing problems with my computer. Pop ups galore, Adaware and Norton I.S. 2008 crashed during scanning, etc.

In save mode, S&D found found zlob.DNSchanger among other zlob related files. After fix and reboot, some of these files where still there.

So I looked this up in this forum and followed some instructions. I downloaded and ran Fixwareout.exe

Below are the logs. Do I need to do anything else to fix the problems I've been experiencing?

Looks like you took your log with old HijackThis version. Please delete it. Then follow instructions below:

Download and install TrendMicro HijackThis (http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe)
* Once installed open HijackThis by clicking Start > Programs > HijackThis and click the button labeled
Do a system scan only

* Click the scan button in the lower left hand corner of the interface and HijackThis will quickly scan your system.
* Once the scan is complete the scan button will now read save log. Click this button to save the log file to your PC. Once you select where you would like to save the file it will open in your systems default text editor. Typically this application is Notepad. Post the log here.

Okay, thank you for your info and help so far. The problem re-appeared, so I did the same as said above. Run S&D in save mode and after that run fixwareout. The problem is now gone again and I'd like to keep it that way! :police:

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer


Start hjt, do a system scan, check (if found):

Make sure that antivirus protection is disabled during Kaspersky scan. That should make it faster. If drive is badly fragmented then that may slow it down too.
