Immunize not working on larest Spybot S&D using Vista

Need help! Running latest Spybot S&D on both desktop (VistaHome Premium) and Laptop (Also Vista Home Premium). Firefox will immunize on desktop, but not on Laptop. Why? Do I need to change a setting or something. Have uninstalled and re-installed several times, same results. Help!
 
In Vista you must elevate the administrator rights in order run certain things within Spybot-S&D.

There are several ways to do that:
  • Elevate the administrative rights for a single running:
    • Instead of double clicking (left clicking) to start Spybot, right-click and select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
  • Permanently elevate.
    • If you are running Spybot from a desktop shortcut for example, right click on the desktop shortcut and select Properties.
    • Then go into Application Compatibility and select "Run As administrator".

Some users have reported this method to resolve the problem:
You'll have to run Spybot-Search&Destroy with Administer rights (post#1) and click on the Immunize tab. Then click on the Immunize button (Green Cross). That should do the job.
