I don't know what I did but I'd like to fix it if I can. Anyone had this issue?

Sorry for the cryptic line. I've been reading in the forums on this problem with hellslittlespy and I've tried to make the boot disk, started in safe mode twice, three times, ten and nothing... I'm going batty over this.
