Recently my computer has been running slower than normal, so I ran spybot, and it found 2 trojan entries, but when I tried to delete them it wouldn't let me. So I ran spybot in safe mode, and it didn't even detect them. So at this point I am lost. Here's my ht log:

looks like the 64bit version of Vista. and a backdoor trojan. first we will use hjt then do a online scan and get a download.
start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop:

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
post the malwarebyutes log the online scan log and a new hjt log after doing all of the above.

hi,
ok good. i dont see those items in the last hjt log. scans look ok. have a look in the C:\ windows dir. and see if you can spot them.
to show all files in Vista see this link:

navigate to the C:\Windows dir. and look for these two:
csrss.exe ( the legit csrss.exe is located in the C:\windows\system32 dir.)
mscsrss.exe
delete if found.

My Top Ten List to Avoiding Malware
The Short Version:
1) Keep your OS, (Windows) browser (IE, FireFox) and other software up to date to "patch" possible vulnerabilities that could be exploited.
2) Know what you are installing to your computer. Alot of software can come bundled with unwanted add-ons. Read the EULA before it installs.
3) Install and keep them all updated: one antivirus and two or three anti-malware applications. If not updated they will soon be worthless.
4) Refrain from clicking on links or installing files you receive via E-Mail, IM, Chat Rooms or Social Sites, no matter how tempting or legitimate the message may seem. Are you sure of the source that sent them?
5) Don't click on ads/pop ups or offers from websites requesting that you install software to your computer.
6) Don't click on offers to "scan" your computer.
7) Set up and use limited accounts for everyday use, rather than administrator accounts.
8) Install and understand the limitations of a third party software firewall.
9) Consider using an alternate browser and E-mail client.
10) If your habits include visiting or downloading/installing files from: warez, crack sites or p2p (file sharing) networks: then you are much more likely to encounter malicious code. Do you trust the source?
