Smitfraud-C

The Spybot S & D finds some Malware called Smitfraud-C which it is unable to delete even on a restart. It appears in my toolbar as a red windows like shield with a cross and an almost constant pop up telling me there is a virus. On digging throught the system the file asociated with this is ~tmpa.exe
It will not allow me to delete. I wonder if you could please help me to get rid of it?

Please follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288) to produce a HJT log.

Then start another topic, copy and paste the log into it and a helper will advise you as soon as available.
