Unless you are a very experienced computer owner, I suggest you should wait until all bugs are worked out and the product is released for the general public. I will say right now that this is a malware removal forum.
If this occured:
IE8 Beta screwed up my PC then you are likely in the wrong place. I have no knowledge of a beta program I would not put on my own computers.

I see you have rolled back to Internet Explorer 7:
MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16735)

If you will take the time to read and follow the directions posted above and pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum, so you can see stuff like this:

Note: In notepad under Format, uncheck "Word Wrap" Produce all HJT logs like this, single spaced.
single-spaced - (of type or print) not having a blank space between lines.
It is preferable, and the log easier to read, if you do not use the [code] or [php] options.
Then post an unformatted HJT log, I will have a look to see if I can do anything to help. I also need to know what the problems are, "screwed up my PC" tells me nothing.
If you receive any error messages, I need those posted word for word.

Please also post an uninstall list:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
