Hello All,

I hope you can help me. I'm having a difficult time. Problem started when I did a registry cleaning with Uniblue Registry Cleaner. I did a back-up, but subsequently installed a software suite which I've done work on and can't reverse or will lose my work. My problem is that I lost browser audio. It works everywhere else, but in my browser. . . IE and Firefox. I attempted to fix it by using some program that rolled back IE settings and all that did was break IE7. I finally got back to IE6 working and have tried to update to IE7. IE7 runs all the way through and then fails at the last step, prompting me to reboot and use the troubleshooting shortcut left on the desktop. I'm lost for how to fix it and have spent hours trying to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Kramerica,

As you have probably gathered by now, running a registry cleaner is not recommended
Registry Cleaners, not recommended (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=30038)

Firstly, what operating system (OS) are you running?

I did a back-up, but subsequently installed a software suite which I've done work on and can't reverse or will lose my work.
May I ask what software suite is this?

My problem is that I lost browser audio. It works everywhere else, but in my browser. . . IE and Firefox.
Im not totally sure of this, but try reinstalling Adobe Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer)

Have you tired going through the troubleshooter? What did it say?
