send log to trend micro

Im using spybot 2.0.2 everytime I click Analyze This button nothing happens.
On the quick start page it says a window will open with helpful information.
I have removed and then downloaded spybot just in case it was corrupted ,it still doesnt work.

Platform: Windows XP SP3 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16735)

I hope this is the right place to post this.
I would like to know where to post my log to have it analyzed.

If you are speaking of the HijackThis log, please follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where a helper will advise you as soon as available.
