please help remove New Malware.J

Hello

Mcafee virus scan says i have 2 files infected with this trojan and it says they cannot be cleaned. I am out of my depth completely here and have no idea how to remove it.

What two files is mcafee seeing and where are they located ?

Make and post another hijackthis log, this time be sure to post the entire log.
