AV 2009 and Virtumonde malware help please

My PC is infected and Spybot by itself is not able to remove it. I keep getting the popup for Anti-Virus 2009 and when I run SpyBot it identifies Virtumonde and says it gets rid of it, but alas it is still here. Enclosed is the HJT file from my PC:
