Bug in Win98 SE (SB ver1.6)

I was using ver1.4 for year and this never happend, ver 1.5 and 1.6 the bug appears

Those error addresses are all in system libraries used by Spybot-S&D, not in the main Spybot-S&D itself.

More important still than the screenshots2 and probably not really "hard", would be more information about the OS. Win 98 SE should be fine...
Did you use Windows update, or other otherwise downloaded official updates, to get it as updated as Win98 can get?
did you use the inofficial "service pack" that exists for Win98 maybe?

Could you please check and report which version comtl32.dll has?

did you use the inofficial "service pack" that exists for Win98 maybe? No, and this does exist, but not installed
