Can someone help me please?

When turned on my laptop recently, Windows wouldn't load.

Now Spybot is asking me to allow or deny a change for the following:

Category: Session Manager
Change:Value deleted
Entry:Bootexecute
Old data:Autocheck autochk*

What should I do?
