Spybot can't remove PSGuard -- need help in removing, then.

Hello, I run Windows XP SP2, IE 6, use free Ad-Aware, Avast & Spybot, Windows Firewall. I recently ran a scan with Spybot and it found PSGuard Malware. In trying to "fix it" a window comes up stating an "item cannot be removed as associated files are still in use (in memory). This could be fixed after a restart." However, upon a restart and re-scanning with Spybot, PSGuard Malware is still present.
Can someone offer help in removing this Malware from my computer? I'd appreciate the assistance. Thanks a lot.
