Was looking into this HJT log entry (no joy there either but looks like it may be AntiSpywareBot):

HKCU\..\Run: [SearchAndDestroyMFC] C:\Program Files\Search And Destroy\Search And Destroy.exe

and came across this site & wondered whether it was a rip-off:

www. 2008search-destroy.com

Didn't want to register/download to check it but seemed suspicious to me.

This one also seems to be promoting STOPzilla as being by Spybot:

I had a nice live-chat with a certain "Edward" on that rip-off site - from a clean install of xubuntu. Pretty funny how much cow poop came out of him... :crowned:
