Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance) http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time. I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

Your last topic here: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=29279
was closed and that would have been a lack of response from you? If you expect help you must followup with responses.

btdna.exe (BitTorrent DNA)
File Sharing, otherwise known as Peer To Peer. (P2P)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=282

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.

You have multiple infections, including what looks like Vundo, but this one is bad:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntuser.exe: Backdoor.Win32.Iroffer.b
http://research.sunbelt-software.com/threatdisplay.aspx?name=Backdoor.Win32.Iroffer.b&threatid=44666

A Backdoor is a software program that gives an attacker unauthorized access to a machine and the means for remotely controlling the machine without the user's knowledge. A Backdoor compromises system integrity by making changes to the system that allow it to by used by the attacker for malicious purposes unknown to the user.

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

Hi,
Thanks for answering. On Oct. 4th I posted this thread
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=29279 on behalf of a friend who later on formatted his machine, so this is closed.
For my case: I have uninstalled btdna.exe and I would like to continue. My latest HJT file is:

Download ComboFix from one of these locations:

Link 1 (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
Link 2 (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
Link 3 (http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe)

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools
See this Link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html) for programs that need to be disabled and instruction on how to disable them.
Remember to re-enable them when we're done.

Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/ken545/RcAuto1.gif

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/ken545/whatnext.jpg

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a New Hijackthis log.

*If there is no internet connection when Combofix has completely finished then restart your computer to restore back the connections.

Thanks for returning your information, removal will be lengthy and complex, please take the time you need to follow the directions safely and in the numbered order.

I need to know why you are running Service Pack #1 on the computer when Service Pack #3 is now released? It is not safe going online without the correct security the Service Packs give you? Please wait until we finish, but at that point I suggest you go to Windows Updates and download all security updates for this computer.

See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=282
File Sharing, otherwise known as Peer To Peer. (P2P)

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.
BitTorrent, eMule <<< Uninstall all p2p programs from the computer.

1) Disable the offending Service
Click Start < Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to NTSVCMGR Service and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the codebox below into it:

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mlJDwWmk.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe
c:\windows\system32\qoMdCVnk.dll

Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{F92CB680-E0D5-4B9A-803C-8200A5C65A2A}]

[hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\ShellExecuteHooks]
"{F92CB680-E0D5-4B9A-803C-8200A5C65A2A}"=-

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\mlJDwWmk]

Save this as CFScript
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/CFScriptB-4.gif

Referring to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe.

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log. (wait until you finish to post the logs)

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F92CB680-E0D5-4B9A-803C-8200A5C65A2A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mlJDwWmk.dll
(next two are resource wasters but if you use the Alexa toolbar, you could leave them)
O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O20 - Winlogon Notify: mlJDwWmk - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mlJDwWmk.dll
O23 - Service: NTSVCMGR - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

*Cleaning Prefetch may result in a few slow starts until the folder is repopulated:
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Gaining-Speed-Empty-Prefetch-XP.html

6) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post the log from CFScript, the log from MBAM and a new HJT log.

How is the computer running now?

I would also like to see an uninstall list:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP,
Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

Thanks

Hello again,
Sorry but things have gone a bit different.
I started with disabling the service, then proceeded with feeding the script to ComboFix (ESET was on during this time <-- is this bad?).
Then I remembered to uninstall emule and bittorrent. Thing is when I continued with HJT I couldn't find:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F92CB680-E0D5-4B9A-803C-8200A5C65A2A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mlJDwWmk.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: mlJDwWmk - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mlJDwWmk.dll
O23 - Service: NTSVCMGR - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DRIVER\ntsrv.exe

Is this OK? How should I proceed? Please advice...and

Thanks for your patience!

I don't know, I provided a link to disable ESET? It's possible CFScript removed those items before you got to them. Unless you complete the instructions and post the information I requested, I have no way of knowing.

I suggest you slow down and take the time you need to read the directions several times and to be sure you know what you are doing before you proceed. Thanks for pausing to ask this question also.

Thanks

Last 6 lines are Greek to you, but it's a Greek program I have bought!

As far as speed is concerned I really didn't have any special problem even when infected. Nowdays I don't use it until I'm completely disinfected.
Thanks once again. Let's hope I'm through!

OK, thanks for returning the information, looking at the uninstall list first:

Uninstall list: I look for malware and security issues and will not know all of your programs, but you should.
(nor will I know the items not in English)

Hackers are using out of date programs to infect folks more and more,
Here is a small free tool that lets you know when something needs an update if you are interested: https://psi.secunia.com/ While PSI runs in the System Tray for realtime notifications, I personally prefer to turn it off in MSConfig and run it from All Programs when I want to do a check.

Adobe Reader 7.0.9 <<< out of date, see this:

The HJT log looks fine, if you are not experiencing any malware issues, then let's do this.

Oops...appears you missed this information and I need to give you the opportunity to install this important tool.

I am sure you saw this:
WARNING -THIS MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE THE RECOVERY CONSOLE INSTALLED !!
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
Review that information to understand Recovery Console. Installation is optional but if you do not have the CD's needed, as is explained, it can be installed before we remove combofix.
If you do not have access to Recovery Console via a Windows CD, I strongly advise you to install this tool.
If you do not wish to install RC, let me know so I can continue with the cleanup.
If you install RC, post the C:\*CF-RC.txt*.

Since we do not need to scan with combofix, click NO

Hi again,
and many thanks for your time.
I installed RC through the CD OK. I suppose there is no log for this to sent :D:
Adobe Reader 8, Java Update and SP3, I'll take care when we finish this, along with a HD disk image just in case I run into trouble again.
So, what's next?

Thanks for that feedback, let's close up like this.

Remove combofix from the computer:

Click START then RUN
Now type or copy Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

Clean System Restore files like this:

Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Reboot

Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Update MBAM and scan to make sure we missed none of the junk, no need to post a clean scan result.

Update ESET and scan the system, to make sure it is running right and scanning clean. If all is well at this point, let me know and I will close this topic.

Hello,
MBAB report is OK. ESET works and updates as usual. Didn't find anything.

Thanks
