I am not very technical but need help.
I have been running spybot for months successfully on a Widows XP SP3 machine.
Yesterday I uploaded the new files ... did an immunize ... ran spybot and no problems.
Today when I try to boot spybot it starts to load and then just hangs.
I need to crash the PC ... when it reboots I get a spybot popoup about a registry change. It says
Category: Sytem Startup Global Entry
Change: Value added
Entry: KernelFaultCheck
New data: %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
I did an AVG scan ... no viruses.
What is going on? Is it just spybot ... or something more sinister??
