Eacceleration software removal

After using Pandascan, Spybot, Microsoft online scan, HijJack this, Spyhunter, etc.. I have tried manual deletes and attempting to remove its program ( Stop Sign ) with windows Control Panel-Remove programs, this Eacceleration software cannot be killed.
Any suggestions on how to remove it entirely from Program files?

it may be removed but only the entry is remaining in the add/remove programs list?
